Material Characteristics

The use of different particle size particle gradation of silicon carbide micro-powder (particle size in the 50-100μm) as raw materials, binder jetting process molding, vacuum or argon protection under high temperature reaction sintering, 1600-1800 ℃ gas-phase infiltration of the silicon temperature, the density is usually 2.85-2.95g/cm3, the content of free silicon is usually 10-30%.
 

 

Features and Applications

MARVELSIC® BR regular type binder jet 3D printing silicon carbide ceramics with high free silicon content, low density, usually used for mechanical properties do not require high, large-size complex parts, mainly used in chemical corrosion-resistant products, high-temperature-resistant products and high-purity products, used in chemical and pharmaceutical, photovoltaic and semiconductor fields.
