MARVELSIC® BE Regular binder jet 3D printing 3D Printed Reaction-bonded sintered silicon carbide

 

Material Characteristics

The use of different particle size particle gradation of silicon carbide micro-powder (particle size in the 50-100μm) as raw materials, raw materials modification, binder jet molding process, special enhancement process, vacuum or argon protection under high temperature reaction sintering, 1600-1800 ℃ gas-phase infiltration of the silicon temperature, the density is usually 2.95-3.10g/cm3, the content of free silicon is usually less than 15%.
 

 

Features and Applications

MARVELSIC® BE enhanced type binder jet 3D printing silicon carbide ceramics with low free silicon content, high density, usually used for high-strength, high-modulus products, mainly used in wear-resistant, lightweight products used in aerospace, photovoltaic and semiconductor fields.
