Sanzer New Materials was established in Shanghai in 2014. The company's headquarters and R&D center are located in Nantong, Jiangsu, and its business center is located in Shanghai. It has three manufacturing bases in Nantong, Jiangsu, Nanyang, Henan and  Weifang, Shandong, and has multiple R&D branches for advanced ceramics and silicon carbide materials across the country.
