Silicon carbide sandblasting nozzle
CORESIC® SP Sandblasting Nozzles are formed by isostatic pressing and are sintered under high temperature. Drilling, groove processing, inside and outside diameter and end face for finishing (including surface) can be processed to meet the user's design requirements.

CORESIC® SP silicon carbide ceramic nozzle adopts dry bag CIP molding process, high density (>3.15g/cm3), Vickers hardness above 23GPa, and excellent wear resistance.

CORESIC® SP silicon carbide ceramic nozzles can be drilled and grooved, and the inner and outer diameters and end faces can be finished (including curved surfaces) with a machining accuracy of 0.01mm.

CORESIC® SP silicon carbide ceramic nozzles are subjected to strict density, size, and surface fluorescence penetrating inspections.

The service life of CORESIC® SP silicon carbide ceramic nozzles can reach 600-800 hours, which is more than twice longer than cemented carbide nozzles (varies depending on the medium).
