Silicon carbide bundleblock

CORESIC® SP silicon carbide bundleblock is combining CORESIC® SP silicon carbide baffle, tubesheet, and CORESIC® SE silicon carbide heat exchange tubes together to form an integrated silicon carbide bundleblock heat exchanger hot press.

 

Typical application

  • Bundleblock heat exchangers under high temperature, high pressure and corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali.

  • Application industries: fine chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, environmental protection engineering.

Features and advantages

  • The heat exchange tube size of CORESIC® SP silicon carbide bundleblock can be customized according to customer needs, usually OD8-ID6mm.

  • CORESIC® SP silicon carbide bundleblock has a heat exchange tube spacing of 2-4mm.

  • CORESIC® SP silicon carbide bundleblock has comprehensive corrosion resistance. It can be used in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various mixed acids, and its life span is much longer than graphite and metal materials.

  • CORESIC® SP silicon carbide bundle block can withstand water pressure of 30BAR and temperature resistance above 300℃.

  • The heat transfer efficiency of CORESIC® SP silicon carbide bundleblock heat exchanger is more than twice that of general tube or block heat exchangers.

  • CORESIC® SP silicon carbide bundleblock are subject to strict dimensional, water pressure resistance and surface fluorescence penetrating inspections.

Specification

  • At present, the maximum size of the outer diameter of the tube bundle block can reach 200mm, and the height is 500mm.

  • The shape and sealing method of the baffle can be customized according to drawings.
