Silicon carbide slurry atomizing disc/nozzle
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide slurry atomizing disc/acid nozzle is formed by isostatic pressing and is sintered under high temperature. The inner and outer diameters, end faces and planes are finished, and the surface is polished to meet different design requirements of users.
Typical application
-
The centrifugal atomizing disc and nozzle for spray granulation of silicon carbide slurry, can also be used for spray granulation of other ceramic slurries.
-
Application industries: technical ceramics, lithium battery materials.
Features and advantages
-
The maximum diameter of CORESIC® SP silicon carbide slurry atomization disc can achieve OD300mm, with an accuracy of 0.02mm.
-
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide slurry nozzle can be surface polished, and the surface roughness Ra is less than 0.2.
-
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide ceramic nozzles are subjected to strict density, size, and surface fluorescence penetrating inspections.
-
