Product Description

Silicon carbide furnace tube

CORESIC® SP silicon carbide furnace tubes are usually formed by isostatic pressing. Through professional manufacturing technology, we are able to produce furnace tubes with extremely strict tolerances. We can also add flanges, drill holes, cut grooves, etc.

Typical application

  • The outside of the furnace tube is heated, and the inside provides the required working environment

  • Furnace tube

  • Kiln furniture

  • Vacuum furnace parts

  • Suitable for the lining of high temperature and ultra-high temperature electric furnaces and kilns above 1400℃

  • Especially suitable for the lining of the corrosive high-temperature tubular heating furnace, sintering furnace, reaction furnace, etc.

Features and advantages

  • High temperature resistance -CORESIC® SP  silicon carbide furnace tube has good thermal stability and can be used up to 1700 degrees centigrade (air atmosphere), or 1950 degrees centigrade (nitrogen or argon protective atmosphere).

  • High pressure resistance -The furnace tube has good compactness, from room temperature to 1000°C, impermeability to gas to 31MPa, meeting the requirements of vacuuming.

  • CORESIC® SP silicon carbide has high purity, the content of silicon carbide is greater than 99%, and it will not pollute materials.

  • CORESIC® SP silicon carbide furnace tube has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance even at high temperatures, and does not pollute materials.

  • Excellent thermal shock resistance-Due to high thermal conductivity and good thermal shock properties, CORESIC® SE silicon carbide furnace tubes adapt to rapid changes in temperature.

Specification

  • CORESIC® SP silicon carbide furnace tubes are usually customized  according to customer requirements.

  • The maximum outer diameter can reach 350mm, and the maximum length can reach 2000mm.

  • Larger furnace tubes can be made by ceramic welding.
