Silicon carbide impeller
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide impeller is formed by isostatic pressing and is sintered under high temperature. Multi-angle drilling, groove machining, inner and outer diameter and end faces finishing, and five-axis machining can be processed to meet different design needs of users.
Typical application
-
Fluid pump for strong corrosion and particle erosion conditions.
-
Application industries: fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection engineering.
Features and advantages
-
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide impeller can be drilled and grooved, and inner and outer diameters and end faces finished (including curved surfaces). The maximum size is 400mm, and the machining accuracy is 0.01mm.
-
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide impeller can be processed in five-axis to meet design requirements.
-
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide impellers are subjected to strict density, size, and surface fluorescence penetrant testing.
-
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide impeller material has a density of 3.15g/cm3, a Vickers hardness of more than 23GPa, and high wear resistance.
-
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide impeller material has passed TUV FDA certification, which can meet the requirements of food-grade media transportation.
