Silicon carbide sulfuric acid atomizing nozzle
CORESIC® SP SiC sulfuric acid atomizing nozzle is formed by isostatic pressing and is sintered under high temperature. Multi-angle drilling, groove processing, inner and outer diameter and end face finish (including curved surfaces) can be processed according to customer requirements, and five-axis processing can be processed to meet the different design needs of users.
Typical application
-
It can be used in the atomization process of various concentrations of sulfuric acid or other inorganic and organic acids.
-
Application industries: waste acid burners, garbage incinerators, cracking furnaces and other environmental protection engineering fields.
Features and advantages
-
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide sulfuric acid atomizing nozzles can be drilled and grooved, inner and outer diameters and end faces finished (including curved surfaces), the smallest hole can reach 0.5mm, and the processing accuracy can reach 0.01mm.
-
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide sulfuric acid atomizing nozzles can be processed in five-axis to meet multi-angle design.
-
CORESIC® SP silicon carbide sulfuric acid atomizing nozzle can perform high-precision polishing of the inner surface to meet the requirements of different materials.
