For CORESIC® SP silicon carbide seal ring, small size and large batch seal ring can be formed by efficient dry pressing, large size and small batch seal ring can be formed by isostatic pressing, further grinding, inner and outer circular processing, drilling, grooving and other precision processing can be made according to the design drawings.
